30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received it
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the item and packaging

We will quickly send a replacement or issue a refund once the issue is verified.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

To keep prices low and prevent abuse, the following items are non-returnable:

• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
• Items returned without prior authorization
• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we process orders quickly, changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.

After this window, the order may already be in processing and cannot be modified.
